Once we have confirmed availability, a 50% deposit is payable immediately to secure your booking.
Balance of payment is due upon arrival or preferably prior to arrival via EFT.

Please note that minimum duration stays are applicable during peak season (15 December to
15 January).

Single night bookings to be paid in full in advance.

Cancellation policy

  • The guest or group forfeits 10% of the total cost of the period booked if cancelled more than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • The guest or group forfeits 50% of the total cost of the period booked if cancelled less than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • The guest or group forfeits 100% of the total cost of the period booked if cancelled upon arrival and/or during the dates booked.
